1. WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG??!!!!1


Every order is packed and shipped by me (Jake). Sometimes I'm busier than usual and orders take longer than expected to ship, but usually things are shipped in 7-10 business days.
With that said, technical errors do occasionally occur within our webstore platform. If you haven't received your order within 14 days, please send an email to the address at the top of the page with your order number, the date the order was placed, and the name you used for the order. Thanks for your patience!


2. HOW DO I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?


When you place your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This means that your payment went through and your order was successfully processed. When I pack your order and ship it, you will receive another email with your tracking number (this usually takes a few days). 3. I HAD MY ITEMS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS/I BOUGHT THE WRONG SIZE/I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ABOUT MY ORDER!!!!1


Since it takes me a few days to pack orders, there is usually time for adjustments. Please send an email the address at the top of the page as soon as possible and I'll try my best to change your thingy.


4. MY RECORD IS POPPING AND CLICKING! IT IS ALSO SKIPPING! I AM TAKING YOU TO COURT!
